Ukrainian Children Chorus "Pearls of Odessa" - Ukraine

 
 
The Ukrainian National Children Chorus “Pearls of Odessa” was founded by Larisa Garbuz in 1984. Since that time it has been given more than 1000 concerts in different countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Lebanon, Mauritius & Reunion Islands, Poland, the Republic of Korea, Russia, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and Ukraine itself.

The chorus appear on radio stations, television programmes and shows in different countries. Also they take part regularly in the performances of Odessa National Academic Theatre of Opera & Ballet: “Nutcracker”, “Carmen”, “Tosca”, “Let's make an opera!” of the modern English composer B. Britten, "Snow White and Seven Dwarfs" and others. In April 2009 the chorus celebrated its 25th Anniversary.
